About Thyme Fused Olive Oil

Made from fresh thyme and early harvest, certified organic Chemlali olives crushed together using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods.  This fused herb oil is redolent with floral complex notes of thyme.  Use with poultry, seafood, potatoes, vegetables, Mediterranean cuisine – lovely anywhere dried or fresh thyme might be used.  Use with seafood, poultry, pork, lamb, and eggs. Absolutely spectacular drizzled over sautéed vegetables.  Mind-blowing with roasted potatoes.  Pairs well with the Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Oregano White Balsamic, and Pomegranate Dark Balsamic
