We will have squid ink pasta once again at the Calgary Farmer’s Market this weekend (Oct. 28 – 30) and at the main store on Monday (October 31) to celebrate Halloween!
Squid ink will make the pasta black in colour but lends only a minimal salty-ness to the flavour, so it’s perfect for any sauce. Of course, it’s delicious with a cream sauce and shrimp or mussels!
