Taking a quick break from olive oil information – turns out, dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) is actually good for you! It has pretty high polyphenol levels as well, great for helping to prevent heart disease. It can also help with your concentration, as chocolate contains theobromine, which has a similar effect on the human body to caffeine!
Coming back around to olive oil – chocolate and olive oil are actually very tasty together. We have a couple of recipes on our website for olive oil brownies, and olive oil on ice cream is actually pretty delicious.
