We just HAD to remind you guys that this is a thing! If you’re looking for a sweet, yet savoury dessert, look no further than Olive Oil Gelato or Ice Cream. We found a great recipe on Saveur, which we think proves that we’re not crazy!
This recipe seems to make a fair amount of gelato, so it’s great for large parties. But you can always keep it in the freezer once you make it and pull it out for a special occasion…or a midnight snack! Make sure you have a really nice sea salt to serve it with – Fleur de Sel or even Maldon would be really nice!
