We were just reading an article over at The Olive Oil Times about olive oil quality in Canada – and some of it is not great.

According to the article, L’epicerie (a show on CBC) did a segment back in March on olive oil quality – and according to documentation from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, around 33% of olive oils don’t meet quality standards – either due to the olive oils being mixed with other oils, or the olive oils being mislabeled.
